Shahnaz Hossain
Shahnaz Hossain graduated from the Eden College of Dhaka in 1985. After graduation she pursued her career as a Journalist trainee in the largest publication house in Bangladesh and eventually was elected to the Editorial Board and served as an editor of Ananada Bitchitra until she migrated to the United States and formation of OlineGroup Inc in 1996. Mrs. Hossain has concluded over eighty five million dollar transactions and is recognized in the maritime in Government transportation procurement and operations.
Shahnaz Hossain has also responsibility for serving a portion of the firm's interest in Banking investments and telecommunications that a diverse profession from logistics and marine services. Shahnaz has proven her professional hands-on leadership to strategic business planning and project management and poses strong leadership. She has proven herself to be skilled administrator of OlineGroup.
Captain Patrick L. Johnsen
A professional with progressive, hands-on leadership contributions to strategic business planning, policies, procedures, programs, projects, labor relations, negotiations & financial management. The Captain is a self starter possessing strong planning, controlling and leadership skills. He is experienced in controlling $100 million annual budgets, while consistently making sound judgments in commercial and operating realms. He has a track record of penetrating global markets through excellent networking capabilities and professionalism.
Captain Johnsen graduated from the California Maritime Academy in Vallejo, California in 1966 with a Bachelors Degree in Nautical Science. He served in the US ARMY Transportation Corps from 1967 - 1970 and has earned Viet Nam Service Medal and Army Commendation Medal
Ian Taylor; Chief Architect & Designer
With 40 years experience in shipbuilding industry, Ian Taylor began his career in England at Camper & Nicholson Ltd, a world class boat builder where he served his apprenticeship as a shipyard joiner and master boat builder. Ian left to join Olympic Yachts in Greece where he joined the management team of a major marine manufacturing company. Returning to the UK, he studied yacht and boat design before accepting designer positions firstly with Carter Offshore Design in the United States and then C&C Yachts in Canada. Since leaving C&C, Ian has worked as an independent consultant, with a number of companies in the marine, aerospace and defense industries providing advice in the design and use of advanced composite materials and mold design. This included seven years of consulting services with DuPont in the development of marine hybrids and ballistics applications.
Hafiz Choudhury, Consultant
Head of the Oline international consulting arm providing strategic consulting to government administrations and offer a deep understanding of the policy, strategy technology and organizational issues. Prior to his consulting , Mr. Chowdhury was fast stream CIVIL servant with HM Board of Inland Revenue service in UK. He graduated from London University with a Masters degree in International Relations. He is a member of the panel of independent expert on Fiscal Affairs of the international Monetary Fund. Prior to becoming a consultant Mr. Choudhury was with IBFD tax publication as a consultant and was fast stream civil servant with HM Board of Inland Revenue in UK.
Wallace T. Sansone, Advisor
Mr. Wallace Sansone was the vice Commander of MSC with budget over six billion. He served as senior member of the US. Government's Department of Defense, Transportation & Commerce for 21 years. He holds the highest honors available to a government employee including three Presidential awards as a distinguished and meritorious executive and many other high level senior executive awards. In 1995 he was appointed by the United States navy's Chief of Naval Operations as Professor of logistics and Chairman, strategic Sealift Studies at the National Defense University in Washington DC.
Mr. Sansone earned his Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business from Graduate School of Business at New York University and is a graduate from the State University of New York Maritime College with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Mr. Sansone is well known and respected worldwide, and he has given numerous speeches and presentations, testified before the Congress and provided expert advice and counsel to Government and Industry.
Dilawar Hossain
A graduate of Suny Maritime College of Fort Schuyler in 1986, he joined Grand Columbiana in 1986 as an operations assistant. After a year, he becomes an independent maritime surveyor until the formation of OlineGroup. Dilawar has concluded over eighty five million dollar transactions and is recognized to be one of the leading Government procurement and maritime professional in Washington.
In addition to his activities in international trade, project management, merger and acquisition, sale and purchase. Mr. Dilawar has been responsible for serving a portion of the firm's clients in second hand sales and purchase. Included are several large ship-owners such as Exxon-Mobil, Attransco, Stickle enterprise and Keystone.
Dilawar Hossain brings a broad and deep understanding of private and public marketplace requirements and procedures and the industry that serves it. He has worked with several leading companies at increasing levels of responsibility in off-shore marine service and trading and consulting services, infrastructure support to the agencies of the private and public enterprises
Sohail D. Salman
Sohail D. Salman joined OlineGroup in the summer of 2007. Sohail is responsible for providing our clients with Business Advisory Services Business Development and Negotiations, Market Research and Analysis, Strategy Development & Management and Reporting. Corporate & Advisory Services, overseeing , reviewing project financial Modeling & Simulations, Asset Valuation Services (including Desktop Valuations), Risk Management, Trading & Strategies
Sohail is in the process of graduating Bachelor of Science degree with double major in economics and international relationship from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Nasif Iqbal
Mr. Nasif Iqbal is a graduate of Devry University in Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science management. Nasif has been engaged with OlineGroup VOIP telecoms technical operations and responsible for maintaining customer data and trouble shooting functions and supervised the development and installation of VOIP systems.
Since the start of OlineGroup VOIP/Telcom Services, his duties include the coordination of all the office management functions for the firm, the negotiation of all service contracts and the management and upkeep of the company's communication and computer systems |
